We take special care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and protected well. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery. Items reported damaged after 3 days are not valid.
Will you carry my product in your store?

Are all of the products that you carry at your physical location listed in your online store?
No, we have many products in the shop that are not listed in the online store. If you’ve visited our store and would like an item shipped to you do not see online, please contact us at 224.858.4561. If we have it in stock, we’re happy to arrange shipping over the phone.
